Cancel booking by admin, staff, customer
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that appointments may need to be canceled. Bookly simplifies the cancellation process – clients and staff/admin can easily cancel appointments with a single click, making it convenient for everyone involved.
You can include a “click-to-cancel” link in customized email notifications, allowing clients to cancel their appointments effortlessly. The cancellations are only possible outside the minimum notice period, however.
Alternatively, clients can also cancel appointments directly on your website, while your admin or staff can handle cancellations administratively through the Bookly back end by adjusting the appointment status.
