New version release. See what’s new in Bookly PRO 4.3.

New Bookly PRO 4.3 includes the following changes and capabilities.

New display of Bookly Calendar in month view

We redesigned the look of the Bookly Calendar in the month view, so now you can see the total number of appointments for each day. Simply click on the ‘+X more’ to view the whole list of bookings for the selected day. Hover the mouse cursor over the list to select a specific booking and open the details window by clicking on it.

Integration with Google Meet for scheduling online meetings

Now you can enable Google Meet conferencing links for some or all services. Turn this option on in the Advanced tab of the Service card. The meeting will be created for those staff members who have Google Calendar sync configured.

Ability to display only the first available time slot in booking form

With this option enabled (Appearance > Time tab > Show only the nearest timeslot), your clients will see only one (the nearest) available time slot on the front end. Others will be hidden or displayed as blocked.

New codes for combined and recurring notifications

{cancel_all_combined_appointments} and {cancel_all_combined_appointments_url} will render a link for cancelling all appointments in chain (using Bookly Multiply Appointments (Add-on), Bookly Chain Appointments (Add-on), Bookly Collaborative Services (Add-on), Bookly Compound Services (Add-on)).

{cancel_all_recurring_appointments} and {cancel_all_recurring_appointments_url} will render a link for cancelling a series of recurring appointments.

General settings for customers without group

In the Bookly Customer Groups (Add-on), you can now adjust the settings for customers without a group. Open General settings in the Customer Groups section to set up the Default appointment status, Available payment methods and Discount for such customers.

Ability to select a payment method for a customer group

Now you can set up different payment methods based on a customer group. Open a customer group settings by clicking on the Edit button > Available payment methods.

Filter by locations in Appointments

You can now filter the list of all bookings by location in the Appointments section. Available with Bookly Locations (Add-on) installed and activated.

New notification for customers in waiting list

If you use the Bookly Waiting List (Add-on), now you can enable a notification to customers in a waiting list that a desirable time slot for their appointment has become available.

Do not forget to set up URLs of the pages that will be shown to customers for both scenarios:
Set appointment from waiting list (success) – in case of successful booking.
Set appointment from waiting list (denied) – in case the booking was not available anymore.
